Terms & Conditions

Please review before signing up:

1. Membership Fee:

• ₱499/month, renewable monthly

• Fee is non-refundable once paid

• Payment must be made via GCash, or bank transfer

2. Consumable Credit:

• The ₱499 is fully consumable for delivery fees only

• Any unused balance does not roll over to the next month

3. Membership Activation:

• Activated upon confirmation of payment

• You will receive a confirmation via SMS or email within 24–48 hours

4. Exclusivity:

• Members may receive limited-edition discounts and promos

• Only one account per household can register under this program

5. Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel anytime, but no refunds for current month will be issued

• Cancellation takes effect the following billing cycle

6. Delivery Coverage:

• Membership benefits apply to Antipolo City deliveries only (for now)

7. Abuse of Perks:

• Dalisay reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships if perks are misused or falsified payment proof is submitted
